When you book, we collect your name, email address, phone number and the booking details (dates, number of guests, selected extras). The data is used to fulfil the booking: confirmation, arrival instructions, payment and communication during your stay. The legal basis is the contract (your booking).
Finnish accommodation law (Act on Accommodation and Food Service Operations 308/2006) additionally requires collecting guest registration details at check-in. The legal basis for this processing is a statutory obligation.
Online payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. Card details are entered directly into Stripe’s secure service — they never pass through this website or the owner.
Booking and invoicing records are retained as required by accounting law. Guest registration forms are retained for the statutory period and then destroyed.
Data is not sold or shared for marketing. The technical platform (website, booking engine, email confirmations) is operated as a processor by Purnukka Group Oy (Purnukka Hosting). Payments are processed by Stripe.
The site uses only local storage strictly necessary for its operation (e.g. booking selections). No tracking or advertising cookies are used.
You have the right to access, rectify and request deletion of your personal data, and to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (tietosuoja.fi). Use the contact address above.
